I was so excited to try this location and it didn't disappoint. There was a line but the place was clean, the patrons were nice and the staff were helpful. I will definitely be going back soon.
This place is stylish and the food is amazing! I wanted to try something different and may have gained a new addiction. To my surprise, the food is remarkably FRESH and high quality. It definitely a place worthy of returning and bringing a friend, or two, to enjoy the indoor or outdoor atmosphere. George is an awesome manager and takes his time making sure you are satisfied and informed about the process of building your bowl; all of the other workers are pleasant as well and that goes miles in, and of, itself!
First time eating here yesterday and the food was pretty good. I was unfamiliar with concept and the guy that was preparing our food gave us a quick history on the name and the region in which it came. Love that. The lobby was clean and service was quick and friendly. I ordered the harissa chicken snd my fiance had the harissa steak bowl. Both were delicious 5/5. Very good for a quick and healthy option to burgers and fries. I will definitely come back to try the salmon bowl next 😊.
Waited several weeks to try this new, local restaurant and it was certainly worth the wait. I tried the harisda avocado bowl and it was crazy spicy but insanely good. I like how you can customize your order because I have several food allergies. The staff was kind and helpful and the restaurant was clean and tidy. I recommend visiting a few mins before or after the lunch crowd because it gets quite busy. Great place and so glad it has come to Evans!!
This Mediterranean establishment is a great change from the other three Mexican or Latin based restaurants near by “Diablos, Chipotles and Moes” Cava offers Salmon, Chicken and Lamb to name a few.these dishes are lighter, healthier and in my opinion, tastier than the competition. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy the other three at different times. The ingredients here are fresh, the staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend trying if you haven’t already!
The food, customer service and overall appearance of the restaurant was amazing. My kids and I really enjoyed everything.
Delicious! I heard mixed reviews about Cava so I wasn't sure what to expect. But I was presently surprised. I ordered the spicy lamb meatball and avocado bowl because I love lamb, and it was delicious. The toppings were fresh, the meatballs, sauces and hummus were all flavorful as well. With the base and toppings my bowl was filled to the top and I didn't finish it all. The only complaint is the serving size of the sauces that come on the side. The side of tzaziki was not even half way filled based on the small scoop that they used. The price was definitely not cheap, but in my opinion you get what you pay for. And nothing nowadays is cheap. For the quality of food and the freshness I had no problem with the price. However, if you are taking a family (4-5 people) please consider that you may spend $80-100 on casual dining. The restaurant is also small inside, but it was clean. I took my food to go and it was just as flavorful as if I had eaten in the restaurant.
Food was absolutely delicious both times we’ve gone. Portions were generous, we had leftovers. Food was very fresh. Lots of options and opportunity for customization. Price is fair for the quality and portions. Will definitely be back time and time again!
This is our 3rd visit in 1 week. Everything is so tasty & delicious. Best part it’s healthy. Give it a try, won’t be disappointed.
